1st Canvas

This is a mini canvas that I have made for a friend's birthday!

 

I have never done a mixed media canvas before...so thought I would start small!!!  Might do a bigger one now....really had fun with this and got messy!!!

I used gesso, paint, texture paste, masks and sprays and tried to get extra dimension with chipboard etc. I was really happy with the finished canvas and hope my friend will be too!!!

I am entering it into the challenge at Embellish Me Happy.

The requirement was 'Doing It Yourself'....and I think I did that!! LOL
