I See No Ships (or sea)

Love this photo of the boys both looking in the telescope!!!  Had to do two layouts the same so they could each have one in their album!!

 

I used the left hand side of the sketch from Scrap Our Stash....I used two alphas....'I See No Ships' was one and the other 'or sea'!!  The striped paper is obvious!

Layout of Nicholas in football mode getting Man of the Match!!  His pink shirt was ideal for the challenge at Lasting Memories!!

 

The next color challenge is black/white/pink!! It made for a different football layout!!

Cool Dude

Love this photo of Alex thinking he is being cool!!!

 

I am entering the challenge at The Studio who want you to scraplift a DT layout.  I chose to scraplift a Lisa-Marie layout that two of the other DT had used....I loved all the layers but probably went a bit overboard!!!

 

I am also entering the challenge at Hey Little Magpie who had a list to choose from....

You can only use 5 items from the following list.
5 patterned papers
No cardstock background

Coloured cardstock - not white or black

I used Patterned papers...I hope it was more than 5 and not just 5!!

Just realised that I don't think this layout will be eligible for this challenge as I used brads and ribbon and a couple of other bits that are not on the list!!! Hey ho!!!

Paper Mill Lock

One Sunday afternoon Sharon thought it would be a good idea to visit the lock!  It was a glorious sunny day...especially as it was October and we had a lovely afternoon wandering along beside the river before we gave in and had tea/coffee and cake!

 

I used Rochelle Spear's sketch.....

 

...and the inspiration from Stacy photo where I picked the pink to blend with my jumper!

Groupies!

Sharon and I went to see Danny Mac in Sunset Boulevard and afterwards we met him and had some photos taken!! He is not as tall as he looks on TV and the stage but a very nice guy!
