Heart Check

Due to someone dying very young from a heart problem all the students between 11-16 from Eastwood were all offered a free heart check! Obviously Sharon took the opportunity to have the boys checked!!

 

I started with the sketch - 410 at Sketches in Thyme......

 

.....I did have to turn it a bit to accommodate my photo but I think you can still see the sketch!

The challenge closes at the end of the month so still time to get scrapping!!

Santa Elf

Cassie helped Santa at the school Christmas fair.

So Blessed....

....to have Friends like You!  Since 2010 I have been attending the Scrapbook Expo in Florida but last year when I couldn't go I was overwhelmed with the thoughtfulness of some of the girls that I had met in previous years...they sent me a box full of stash that they got at the Expo!!!!

 

The challenge at Lasting Memories is Once Loved - Now Forgotten and this week is Tools......I cut the title (apart from the word Friends) on my Robo which really is gathering dust since I got my Cameo!!

At the Sales!

Sharon and I usually go into town the day after Boxing Day to check out the bargains in the sales.  This year was no different except there were not a lot of bargains!!  But we got our priorites in order and stopped a few times for coffee and eats!!!

Scout, Panto, Happy

GoGo have lots of Be Inspired challenges and I have completed some layouts to join in!!

 

 This is the Be Inspired board....

 

For Alex Scout layout I started with the sketch!

For the Panto layout I used the Take 5.....3 patterned papers, distressing, lots of layers, 2 photos and loving and hope it counts that we love the panto and especially Lee Mead (lovely man!).

For the Happy layout I used the images on the mood board and picked the circles.

The challenges close on the 25th March so loads of time to get scrapping!!!
